May is Foster Care Awareness Month

FACT:  70% of teens who age out of foster care say they want to attend college, but less than 3% complete a bachelor’s degree

FACT:  Nationally, only 3% of former foster kids complete a bachelor's degree, compared to 28% of the general population

Treehouse programs work to combat these shocking statistics by helping kids learn, fulfilling material needs, and giving them a real childhood as well as hope for the future.
